Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Please ensure you check product descriptions, dimensions, and scale carefully before ordering.

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know if you would like to return it.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • To start a return, please contact us at admin@wiowl.com with your order number.

Refunds

  • Once we have received and checked your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
  • We will refund the product price plus the original delivery cost (standard shipping only).
  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
  • Painted or modified items
  • Digital downloads are non-refundable once sent.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including postage costs.

Important Information

  • Our products are 3D printed miniatures and are delicate by nature — please handle with care
  • Minor surface imperfections or layer lines are a normal part of the 3D printing process
  • Sizes are listed clearly — most items are designed to a specific scale (e.g. 1:12)

Your Rights

  • Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations.
